We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from PortableACPower. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and manufactured to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For returns, simply e-mail us for a RMA number Request RMA (then please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging – see example below) and ship the unused portion to us with the receipt and a copy of the receipt within 30 days of the date you receive the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll offer you a full refund based upon the original payment method.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund and send you a Return Receipt confirmation email.
